and is a partner in a Bermuda offshore
Captive/Cell Captive Insurance Company.
Accounts opened in the Bahamas
or Bermuda and transactions are cleared
through a major discount brokerage service.
Accounts are carried in the offshore corporation name and each account
is under your domestic corporation, basically in a shell. The Nevada
or offshore corporation owns or puts liens on all major assets. This way if the domestic corporation has to
file bankruptcy, a new entity can start up immediately and sign leases or
take over the payments for the equipment, receivable premises, segregated at
the brokerage firm. By signing power
of attorney, you can place the orders directly or orders can be placed with
our Bahamas or Bermuda associates office by fax and the accountant
will call your order to the brokerage firm.
Fees and commissions for this service are very low and are less than
an offshore bank and full service brokerage firm would charge.
