get a license, to bid on jobs, TO DO WORK. Today Employee Benefits are

expense. In California now every
Business Owner with more than 25 employees “must” provide his
employees health insurance OR pay 70% of the states Master Group
Health Plan rates DIRECTLY to the state for the employee’s to be
provided health insurance under the State Group Health Plan under California
law. President Bush in his 2004 Report
to the nation asked for approval of AHP60 – ASSOCIATION Health
Plans. A program where a Master Group
Association Policy is issued in a single state and business members can join
nationwide. Gaining a competitive advantage,
or even being able to survive today, is more difficult than ever before; that
is why small business owners are joining ASSOCIATION GROUPS, and medium and
large organizations are “OUTSOURCING” various business operations to proven
and established experts like ART/FDL.
This allows the Business Owner to benefit from the latest and most
successful Self-Insured management techniques while the Business Owner
focuses on growing their business.
